W.A.R Strength and Conditioning is a fitness Club/Team with highly trained, experienced, and educated coaches who are dedicated to maximizing the potential of our athletes and clients. W.A.R is an acronym that stands for "We Are Ready". Ready for what? Ready for anything. Whether it's winning national championships or simply preparing for every day life and the challenges that it brings, W.A.R will get you there. We are currently working with 4 football teams (Jr. High, Freshmen, JV, and Varsity), a wrestling club, and a basketball team but our training and programing spans much more than just that. Along with our team training we also offer functional fitness (CrossFit), sport specific, Body Building, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, weight loss, and fundamentals of weight lifting and training for youth.
